Process



Good recruitment is a skill, and it is something that has a major impact on the success of any business. Our consultants spend time getting to know our candidates; understanding their personality and their skills. The process helps us recommend the right person for the right job every time. We've been successful in dramatically reducing the time our clients need to spend short-listing and interviewing.

For our client companies, we strive to recruit candidates as if they would work for us. We only forward CVs that we have screened, which involves interviewing the candidates prior to short-listing them. We assess both hard and soft skills to suit client needs. Our interviewers are industry professionals and are technical domain specialists in their own right. This means we give fewer CVs and they are more likely to be suited to the job. We, thus, save our clients precious time and effort while providing higher quality.

For candidates, we bring empathy and understanding of their needs which are often soft in nature. We do not stop at getting them an interview. We guide them through the process and even after they get the job, we stay in touch to ensure they remain satisfied.

  • All our consultants are ex IT staff with relevant domain knowledge. They are not pushy sales people!
  • We truly listen and understand what the client needs for each position
  • We amend the ‘standard Job Description’ forms or create a new one
  • We find candidates, interview them often 2-3 times to ensure they fit client needs. We interview as if we were to employ them ourselves!
  • Our objective is to submit 1-2 CVs, who always get interviewed
  • We provide an objective summary sheet with each CV
  • We use a web-based CV/Job management tool, so that each consultant can fill in for others
