We work with CxOs, Vice-Presidents, Sales Directors, Programme Managers, Global Delivery Heads in these sectors and help them move to a position they desire.  We know that at these levels, the client wants the best. So does the candidate. To get you what you want,  we have to set our standards high. We realise that to hire senior people, we cannot use the normal recruitment process or recruiters.  Dealing with senior people requires experience, skill and gravitas.  The headhunter should preferably be from the same industry or at least know the sector and role well.  That is why our directors directly deal with executive search. They have actually worked at senior levels in industry,  been there and done them.  As such, we ensure that there is a good fit for both the candidate and the client   Above all this, we understand the need for confidentiality and the fact that you might be working for a competitor. Work Locations

Our clients are global, and they require business and departmental Heads in different countries more particularly in the UK, Europe, India and the US; plus some APAC countries. Usually, clients prefer candidates who are already based locally. However, they  are often consider foreign candidates willing to relocate who have had relevant country experience before.
