Our engagement models are flexible, scalable and based on the needs of our customers.  We develop the right strategy for lower operational costs and quick time to market ensuring success for our customer's business and in the process, ensuring business continuity for us.  We often propose one of the following approaches and in case it is not a complete fit, we create a hybrid or a totally new model for you.

Onsite software projects

We offer two approaches to on-site software projects:

1. Fully Managed: we will put on-site, at your premises, a team of our developers under the supervision of our project managers.
2. Resourced: You may hire developers and project managers that we recruit for you on a contract or permanent basis.

Offsite software projects

We typically offer two approaches to outsourcing software projects:

1. DualShore outsourcing: The first; outsourcing your IT projects using what we call the DualShore approach. The DualShore approach uses a combination of UK-based design and project management with dedicated offshore technical resources to give you a low cost and scalable solution - that does not compromise on quality.
2. Own Dedicated Team: On the other hand, you might benefit more by having your own dedicated team offshore. We help in this assessment and in subsequently setting up the team in an ODC/OTC (offshore development or testing centre) and managing it for you.

We can also set up a dedicated business for you and either operate it forever on your behalf or transfer it to you after a period.  This is called a build-operate-and transfer model.
